Brady is {FOUR} months old!

Brady Brooklyn Hurt is 4 months old!

We are so excited to turn 4 months old, this is the beginning of doing so many new things.  In fact, she can *almost* roll over and wants to sit up all the time.  She is over the bouncy seats, Boppy, and carseat….the reclined position is no more according to her.

And now for an update….Brady Brook is:

*About 16 pounds

*Wears mostly 6-9 month clothes

*Wears Size 3 diapers {Size 2’s were literally popping off of her}

*She eats every 3-4 hours or whenever {Schedule? What’s that?}

*She sleeps a lot, usually 9 pm-9 am, waking up around 5 am to eat; with a 3 hour mid-day nap and 2 short one hour long naps in the evening.  Girl {still} loves to catch her zzzzz’s.   

Of course, in giving her sleep update, yesterday was a whole different ball of wax with a baby who decided to hardly nap all day and fight sleep until 11 last night.  And that folks, is called “life with kids”…

Brady LOVES:

*chewing on her hands

*her Jumperoo, Exersaucer, and Bumbo {sitting up is the name of her game}

*being held

*talking

*SMILING---smiles more than any baby I have ever met!

This is the scrunch down because I’m bored with this face…

Brady DOESN’T like:

*the car {How did I manage to birth two children who hate car rides with a screaming passion?}

*laying down (tummy or back is a no go most of the time)

*still not a fan of loud noises, her sister screaming, obnoxious toys, etc.

*being rocked to sleep

SISTER COMPARISION {So different, yet so CUTE!}

She’s also started kicking and flapping her arms like crazy!  She can scoot a few feet across the floor just by kicking, which means no more laying on the couch or beds without her momma nearby.

She is super sweet, always smiling and even laughing a little.  She’s so ticklish, especially on her neck.    And best of all, she takes all her big sister’s love and smothering happily with a smile on her face.

GROWING GIRL….

I’m sad to know that we’re going to blink and we’ll be playing nightly games of Candy Land with both our girls…. They just grow up way too fast!
