First and foremost, I’m listening to Daddy D read to Ramsey and I am dying from the cuteness. Ramsey has about six “Baby Jesus books” that we read over and over and over. It’s to the point that she can fill in the blanks---hearing her little voice say, “Bethlehem, stable, Joseph, Mary,” etc. is cracking me up. I’m in awe at her obsession for the Jesus babe. The world would surely be a better a place if everyone had a Jesus love like this girl.

I am some kinda tired from my five day work week with 60 or so fragrant, ornery, and sometimes hormonal 5th graders. I can’t believe I only have 18 school days with the little darlings until my maternity leave begins {not that I’m counting…oh, surely not}. I let my principal know that my plan is to take the rest of the year off---she said she had a feeling I’d probably go that route. She was fine with it…..whew, what a relief!

This momma has a smile plastered on my face from ear to ear. My new lens came in today! {Thanks to Daddy D who ordered this little gem for me!} Oh yes, there will be a Ramsey photo shoot very soon! I must make up for lost time!
I have just a few things left on my Baby #2 shopping list---a diaper bag being one of them. Uh, why can’t we just use Ramsey’s? Well, being the monogrammed obsessed momma that I am I had her initials put on it. And darn it if we couldn’t come up with a RKH name so we could reuse and recycle. Anywho, this is the front runner at present time:
Big weekend ahead: shopping, friends over for dinner, church, family baby shower, and LifeGroup. Surely, I can squeeze some relaxation in there, too! {I hope, I hope, I hope!}
