right quick

• Does anyone else say “right quick”?  I do.  A lot.
• I’m going to make this post “right quick” because Daddy D and I have 934 shows DVR’d, which means a TV marathon in our very near future.
• Ramsey and I did a great tactile {teacher talk} activity this evening.  I may have loved it more than her.   Shaving Cream+Elmer’s Glue+Food Coloring=A Jolly Good Time!

• Why glue?  After they make their creation, leave it for a few hours and it will dry fluffy, puffy, and super cute.  I see a snowman picture on our first snow day {not that I’m asking for snow…oh no!}
• Ramsey is knee deep in Terrible Two-isms.  Oh my.  Just a few of the things that we hear…often…
• “I do it myself!”
• “My turn!”
• “NO!”
• “WHAT!?”
• She’s also really into laying down when she’s supposed to do something—like picking up, following directions, etc.
• I’ve been around kids forever and ever and know this is completely normal, Daddy D on the other hand…not so much.  He’ll get used to it soon, I’m sure…after all, we have at least 8 more months of this.  AHHHHH! 

• We went to the doctor today, all is well. 
• Baby Sister weighs 4 pounds 10 ounces---give or take 10 ounces.
• We tentatively scheduled my c-section for February 29th, if she’s big enough and ready, of course.

• Birthday shout out to my mom who turned 50 yesterday.  Gosh, I feel old just typing that…I wonder how she feels?    We celebrated with dinner and chocolate cake, which Rams thoroughly enjoyed.

• Rams and I took a little trip to Buy Buy Baby {aka Heaven on Earth to toddlers and mommas alike}.
• I thought it would be just like Babies R Us, but oh how I wrong I was.  Its my new favorite store and I plan to go back very soon. 
• Rams found a few things she “needed”, especially this $149 Big Bird…
