30 Weeks!

Woo hoo, I’m in the 30’s!  And lucky for me and my ever growing self, I get to deliver at 30-something weeks.

I don’t think there’s much NEW news to report.  This baby is definitely bigger and moving more.  She’s up in my ribs all the time.  My neighbor asked if I “had dropped” the other day and I had to crack up.  I think the opposite is happening—she’s moving on UP!  One weird thing that I’ve been battling is sleeping on my back!  I keep waking up on my back, which is a huge NO while preggers {cuts off all sorts of circulation and oxygen to the babe and me}.  And then for some reason (I’ll blame the pregnancy crazies) I told David so now at least twice every night I wake up to “Roll over!  Roll over!  You’re on your back!!”  Scares the bejeezus out of me, goodness!

The weeks leading up to Christmas I was asked if I was having a Christmas baby and guess what?  At church Saturday one of the volunteers said, “Ouu, looks like we might have a New Year’s baby!”  Ha!  People are so funny.

Hi ho, hi ho, back to work I go {tomorrow} and a doctor’s appointment, too!

Yippee…..8 {or 9} weeks to go!!
